Nyinthun (Intensivo de meditación)

“Nyinthun” is a day long practice.

Practicing with others and for an extended time adds depth and power to one's practice. A light breakfast will be offered at 8 soy, and practice begins at 9 am. Soup will be offered for lunch and participants are invited to bring a potluck contribution to fill out the lunch buffet. The day will finish with an open discussion in which participants are invited to speak on a timely topic.

Enjoy this opportunity to engage with others in an uplifting combination of practice and conversation.
